By accessing or using Erafiton, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To make purchases or sell products on Erafiton, you must create an account through our Auth0-powered authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

As a buyer, you agree to: • Provide accurate shipping and payment information • Pay the full listed price plus any applicable shipping costs • Confirm receipt of orders in a timely manner (within 14 days of delivery) • Not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks • Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purchases unless otherwise agreed Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt of your order. If you do not confirm receipt within 14 days of the carrier marking the package as delivered, the payment may be automatically released to the seller.

As a seller on Erafiton, you agree to: • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing • Ship orders within the timeframe specified in your listing • Maintain adequate inventory for listed products • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws • Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items Sellers receive payment only after the buyer confirms receipt of the order. Erafiton reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms or receive repeated complaints.

Erafiton operates an payment protection system to protect both buyers and sellers. When a buyer places an order, the payment is held securely until the buyer confirms receipt. This system ensures that sellers are paid for delivered goods and buyers receive what they ordered. Disputes regarding order quality or delivery will be handled by our support team. We reserve the right to release or refund held payments based on the outcome of dispute resolution.

Users may not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • List or sell counterfeit or stolen goods • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback • Use the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities • Attempt to circumvent the payment protection system • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform

The Erafiton name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Erafiton. Sellers retain ownership of their product listings, images, and descriptions but grant Erafiton a non-exclusive license to display and promote these materials on our platform.

Erafiton acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Erafiton for the transaction in question.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any pending protected payments will be handled according to our dispute resolution process.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
