Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each seller handles their own shipping, so processing times may vary. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the seller's location and your delivery address. Free shipping may be available on select orders over $100.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
- Go to your Profile → Returns section
- Click "Request Return" on the eligible order
- Fill out the return form describing the reason
- Our support team will review and provide a return shipping label
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
Non-Returnable Items
Intimate apparel, swimwear, customized items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Since Erafiton uses a payment protection system — if the payment has not been released to the seller yet, your refund will be processed immediately. If the payment was already released, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days.
