How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your size and quantity, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to Stripe for secure payment processing.

How does payment protection work?

When you place an order, your payment is held securely. The seller is only paid after you confirm receipt of your items. This protects both buyers and sellers.

How do I confirm receipt of my order?

Go to My Orders in your profile, find the order marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered", and click the "Confirm Receipt" button. This releases the payment to the seller.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships them. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

How do I become a seller on Erafiton?

Sign up for an account and visit the Admin Portal at localhost:3001. If you are a new user, you will be prompted to register as a seller with your store details.

How do sellers get paid?

Sellers receive payment after the customer confirms receipt of their order. The payment is then released to the seller's balance.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

How do I contact a seller?

Visit the seller's profile page to find their contact information including email, phone number, and address.
